Born a New Yorker, but her heart is that of a Virgin Islander. She originally relocated to St. Thomas in 1996.
Patrice obtained her real estate license in St. Thomas in 2003 and worked as a dual careered agent until pursuing real estate full time with Keller Williams in Maryland in 2012.
Returning to the Virgin Island during the summer of 2015 to join Van Blake-Coleman Realty as a sales agent and maintaining her affiliation with Keller Williams in the states.
Patrice began her career as a journalist, she enjoyed a career that has enabled her to report, write, edit and collaborate on the design of the award winning marketing materials. Patrice holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University and a master's degree in Journalism from Columbia University.
