After ten years in management and marketing in private industry and more than sixteen years of working with the Department of Defense and the Department of justice, Tanya began her real estate career as an agent and progressed to a Broker for RE/Max shortly after moving to St. Thomas in 2004. Electing to branch out to start a boutique brokerage in 2010; Van Blake-Coleman Realty, focuses on the very best in customer service to her clients and customers alike. Maintaining dual careers in 2004 - as Public Relations Director at the University of The Virgin Islands and a real estate agent with Century 21 - Patrice became enthralled with Virgin Islands real estate. She continued her dual career status with Coldwell Banker in the Virgin Islands for eight years, until relocating to Maryland in 2012 to work full-time as an agent with Keller Williams in its Columbia, Maryland market center. She continues to be a licensed Keller Williams agent. Patrice returned to St. Thomas bringing her talents and expertise to Van Blake-Coleman Realty in 2015. As an experienced agent, she brings extensive training and is especially strong in assisting homeowners to properly position their homes for expedited sales and assisting buyers to find exactly what they are looking for at a price they can afford.
Rod manages Van Blake Coleman Realtys’ online presence, and advertising. He advises us on new technology and its’ application. Rod is also a published author and holds a BS in marketing.
