Casa Bougainvillea is located on Cabrita Point, a peninsula located on the East End of St. Thomas, U. S. Virgin Islands. This stunning private estate is nestled amongst over 200 bougainvillea plants, and edged by its own coral beach. This pristine and beautifully landscaped private estate offers three air-conditioned bedrooms on the light and airy upper level, plus two poolside air-conditioned one bedroom apartment suites on the ground level.
An electronic security gate marks the entry to the Caribbean garden estate with sculptures, fresh water pool, open air gazebo with gas grill & fountains and even a lily pond. A spacious, elegant great room features cathedral ceilings, air conditioning, colorful artwork, Caribbean decor, and entertainment areas.

The estate is cleaned and prepared before your arrival, and then again mid-week during your stay. The maid service consists of a "hotel-type" cleanup, which includes changing bed linens, kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, etc. However, personal services such as catering, babysitting, cooking,laundry, transportation, grocery shopping, etc are not included. But if you Talk to Tanya, she can help you arrange these services so that your stay is effortless, comfortable, and relaxing.
St. Thomas boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Our favorites include our own Casa Bougainvillea, Sapphire Beach, Magen's Bay Beach, Coki Beach, and Secret Harbour. There are many other beaches to explore! All beaches in the USVI are open to the public for everyone to enjoy.
Casa Bougainvillea is 20 to 25 minutes from the airport, 5-10 minutes from the Red Hook ferry dock to/from St. John and the Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Take advantage of our proximity to many diversified islands by renting a speedboat, taking a ferry, hydrofoil, seaplane, or airplane to such islands as St. Croix, Puetro Rico, St. Martin, as well as other "down-island" destinations.
